We are born with a tremendous capacity for creative and innovative thought. Unfortunately we tend to lose that capacity as we journey through school and career. Sustainable organizations possess a strong need for innovative and creative thinking. Challenges met today will require even greater solutions in the years to come. Innovative and creative thought will continue to be paramount to effectively address those challenges. We want to re-build that capacity in our workplaces in order to unleash the tremendous potential we have to bring creative solutions to the problems and challenges we face in both our organizations and our personal lives.

Chris is the Leader of Talent Management and Leadership Development, and has been with Goodwill NCW since November of 2009. Prior to Goodwill, he held similar roles at Schneider National and School Specialty, both Wisconsin-based companies. In his current role, Chris is accountable for the seeking, selecting, developing and retaining leadership talent for Goodwill NCW.
