Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy for Events: Registrants who cancel 48 hours or more prior to the start of an event, may receive a full refund (or credit towards future events), unless otherwise noted. Registrants who cancel after that will not be eligible for a refund. A substitute participant may be sent, unless there is personalized pre-work involved. No-shows will not be eligible for a refund.
