About Maureen Toshner

Maureen Toshner joined Bemis in March 2010 where she currently serves as the Director, Leadership and Talent Development.  In this role,  she helps to lead efforts around the following areas:  training and development solutions, assessments, strategies for succession planning and performance management, coaching, and leadership development.

Maureen has a Bachelor of Arts with majors in Business and History, and a minor in French from Mount Mary College.  She has a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership and Quality from Marian University.   Maureen also received certification from La Sorbonne in Paris, France where she successfully completed a series of language courses for foreign students.  Maureen is certified in a number of assessment, coaching and training tools.
