About Eric Van Den Busch
Eric Van Den Busch has more than 25 years of success in training and OD, business development, leadership, and creating business best-practices. He has experience as a business consultant helping organizations increase productivity by building strong teams.
Eric created a unique training system called Class High Engagement Success Strategies (C.H.E.S.S.) that won him the award of “Adjunct Superstar” at NWTC, chosen from over 1100 instructors. He was also selected to present C.H.E.S.S. to the professors of 10 regional colleges at UW-Green Bay’s Regional Faculty Development conference.
Eric has a B.S. in Marketing and an M.S. in Organizational Development from UW-Green Bay.
In his free time you may find him biking, sailing or researching how adults learn. He also volunteers at his local church playing guitar on the worship team and teaching youth and adults.
