Bite Size Micro Learning

Bite sized learning, or microlearning, is one of the hottest topics in training & development. When done effectively, microlearning can deliver better results than traditional training techniques, in far less time for the learner. In this interactive workshop, participants will learn how to create effective microlearning experiences based on familiar instructional design practices.

This workshop will cover the reasons to include microlearning in L&D projects, formats for delivering bite sized learning, and tips to integrate learning moments into existing work routines. Throughout the session, participants will work in small groups to apply bite sized learning techniques to their current training challenges.

Whether you are brand new to microlearning or looking for more ways to incorporate bite sized learning techniques into your training, this seminar is for you. The material will be especially valuable for instructional designers, facilitators, and managers or coaches whose job involves growing the talent of their workers.
