Join us for our inaugural Regional Professional Networking Group!

Millennials and Generation Z employees will be approaching learning in new and different ways. These employees will want learning to be on-demand, mobile, and engaging. Last year, NEW ATD hosted a number of events targeting these new learning approaches, including a Gamification event in November and a Micro-learning event in September.

For discussion:

How are you adjusting the learning approach for the next generation?
Have you thought about it? What tips can you provide?
How have you used or plan to use gamification or micro-learning in your organization?

We will be a facilitating casual discussion over drinks and appetizers. Gain the perspective of your peers, and learn what new ideas they have implemented to meet the needs of this new generation.
