Unlocking The Secrets of Survey Design:
H
ow to Capture Elusive Level 3 Data

(Re-scheduled from February 12, 2019 due to snowstorm)

To establish real credibility and prove value, you need to measure whether or not participants actually applied what they learned in a training program back on the job (Level 3 evaluation).

Unfortunately, measuring on-the-job behavior change is not something many L&D professionals have much experience with.  In fact, according to a recent ATD research study, only 60% of organizations evaluate some learning programs at Level 4.

In this session, you will:

  • Examine several Level 3 evaluation facts, taken from a recent ATD research study, that provide insights and benchmarking information regarding how organizations are using Level 3 evaluations.
  • Analyze the common mistakes made by many L&D professionals when creating Level 3 evaluations and participant surveys.
  • Discover 12 tips for overcoming these mistakes and capture data that demonstrates program value.

Don't worry if you haven't attended the Level 1 and Level 2 session in this series.  We will e-mail you background articles about Level 1 and Level 2 that will prepare you for this session.
