Many of us know how to cook much more than the tuna casserole we prepare every other Tuesday. The same is true for training delivery techniques: Whether we’ve been in the industry for a month, a year, or a decade, we have a pantry filled with different delivery activities, but we tend to stick with our same old go-to activities.
