How to Build a Powerhouse Teambuilding Workshop
The ATD Northeast Wisconsin chapter invites learning leaders from the area, including Milwaukee and Madison chapters, to learn the Powerhouse teamwork tactics. Each participant will complete the Powerhouse Team Maturity Assessment which will be used to configure the program. As these learning leaders impact thousands of employees in the Northeast Wisconsin area, effective teamwork is critical to address the challenges and tension in the workplace as well as focus on the positive intentions and job appreciation. Through Reflection, each person will leave with their Powerhouse Action Plan as a “call to action” to implement back at their work.
