What’s in your tool kit?  Does it include the critical tools needed to deliver virtual learning?

Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT) is the synchronous (at the same time) delivery of live training in an online classroom environment. This important learning channel brings the cost-saving benefits of eLearning to your organization.  At the same time, VILT offers new opportunities for career development to you!

VILT can have an amazing impact when done right.  But it can be deadly dull in the wrong hands. Defining your virtual teaching style, meticulously planning your sessions, and practicing various delivery techniques are some of the critical pieces to your success as a virtual facilitator.

In this thought-provoking session, Rebecca Doepke and Dana Peters explore many of the methods and tools available to virtual facilitators that can be easily added to your “virtual tool kit”.
