Program Description

Emotional intelligence is about your awareness and relationship with people. We all feel emotions. It’s what we do after we experience them that defines us. Let’s start 2022 off with an exciting and engaging program on Emotional Intelligence. And consider how a better understanding of ourselves and those around us can make us better facilitators, trainers, leaders and team members.

This session will:

  • Identify the four key areas of emotional intelligence: self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, and relationship management
  • Share strategies you can integrate into your life
  • Be engaging with activities and discussion
