A cohesive learner experience has been getting more difficult to provide as we blend modalities, spread learning across time, and allow our learners to gain on the job experience while providing them what they need when they actually need it. Learner journey mapping is a tool that helps designers focus on the audience and the needs of their learners across time while clearly communicating the learner’s path to both leadership and the learners themselves.
This program will explore the upfront analysis needed to effectively build a learner journey and share some real life case studies for journey maps created and implemented in organizations.

Sabrina Moore is the Senior Director of Learning & Development at Lumious, a learning solutions development agency.
