51 Tips and Best Kept Secrets for Designing Level 1–4 Evaluations

Are you being asked tough questions about your learning programs:

  • Is there an increase in knowledge or skill level?
  • Are the skills learned being used on the job?
  • Can you show a positive impact on business results?

Many workplace learning and performance professionals struggle with these questions because the professionals are uninformed in the art and science of evaluation design.

In this one-day workshop, Ken Phillips provides practical tips and specific techniques for creating valid, scientifically sound Level 1, 2, 3, and 4 evaluations that produce data with high-perceived value. These tips and techniques are based on current education and behavioral science research findings in test creation and survey design methodology.

The workshop is comprehensive, interactive, and “hands-on”.  You will design real evaluations that directly relate to your work situation.
