Her expertise spans training facilitation, instructional design, and learning program management with a focus on leadership development and onboarding processes. In addition to her role in the corporate sector, Beth has offered her skills as a virtual training consultant to several non-profit organizations.
Holding both an MBA and CPTD (Certified Professional in Talent Development), she combines her academic background with practical experience to enhance organizational learning strategies.
