About the presenter, Beth Krieck, MBA, CPTD 

Beth Krieck, currently an Ownership Culture Consultant with ESOP Partners, is an accomplished professional in the field of learning and development with nearly two decades of experience. Her expertise spans training facilitation, instructional design, and learning program management with a focus on leadership development and onboarding processes. In addition to her role in the corporate sector, Beth has offered her skills as a virtual training consultant to several non-profit organizations.

Holding both an MBA and CPTD (Certified Professional in Talent Development), she combines her academic background with practical experience to enhance organizational learning strategies. Her work has been recognized and appreciated in various professional communities, contributing to her reputation as a skilled learning and development consultant.
