Learning and development professionals can encounter conflict on projects due to inaccurate scoping, unclear expectations, or changes midstream. Good negotiation skills can keep these projects on track.

This session will teach the specific negotiations skills L&D professionals need to manage projects from scoping through evaluation and keep them on schedule and under budget.

About the presenter, Rick Czaplewski

Rick Czaplewski is a project management and negotiation expert.  Poorly-handled, complicated business situations painfully cost companies margin and cash flow. Rick teaches negotiation and leadership skills to executives and professionals to address these situations.

His Data Driven Method of Negotiation provides a CPA-level framework of how to prepare for difficult discussions.  Rick builds confidence in inexperienced negotiators and helps them turn complicated, challenging business situations into data-driven settlements.
