Back by request, this expanded session builds on April’s popular “Leadership That Makes You Tick,” where we explored how Time, Interest, and Capacity shape sustainable leadership. In this interactive 90-minute workshop, we’ll start with a quick refresher on the T.I.C. framework and then move into guided reflection and collaborative exercises designed to help you lead with more clarity and alignment.
You’ll map where your leadership feels overextended or out of sync, and explore what shifts might bring it back into alignment. Through thoughtful conversation, peer insight, and practical tools, you’ll leave with a clear next step for leading in a way that honors both your personal capacity and your professional impact.
This session is for anyone craving less burnout and more congruence in how they show up as a leader.
