This interactive learning experience will explore adult learning theory, experiential frameworks, training methods, and intentional design to enhance talent professionals learning strategies that work. With a focus on practical application, you will leave with tools to clarify learning outcomes, engage participants with diverse learning methods, and evaluate the success of your programs. Whether you're new to learning and development or refining an existing approach, this session will help you educate, empower, and energize your learners.

The session draws from real-world application through the lens of KerberRose’s redesigned leadership development programs, showcasing how theory-informed strategies have been leveraged to align learning with strategic planning, business goals, and measurable outcomes. 

About the Presenter - Erik heller


Erik Heller is the Learning & Development Manager at KerberRose, a mid-sized public accounting and professional services firm. With over 15 years of experience in learning, education, curriculum design, and leadership development, Erik brings deep expertise in creating engaging, learner-centered programs.

As a Certified Appreciative Advisor and Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, Erik designs and facilitates with one central focus: the learner. His approach is both people-focused and results-oriented, believing that meaningful development happens when learning is personalized, intentional, and actionable.
