Gain Alignment & Commitment to Optimize Operational Performance

As leaders, this seminar will provide us with an effective working model of optimal organizational performance to enhance our influence in our organizations. We will discuss the factors that contribute to executive team and mid-management level alignment and commitment.

Then, we will have the opportunity to conduct a projective alignment assessment of our respective organizations, based upon survey elements from the enVision Alignment™ Model.  Followed by open discussion of where participants find projected performance strengths, barriers, and/or gaps in their own organizations.
