    Program Description

Zoom fatigue is real... and engaging both in-person and virtual participants during meetings can be a challenge. In this program, Kristin Bock from Body Language Blueprints joins us to share tips for understanding how we show up virtually, along with some tips on reading and engaging participants. Kristin considers body language our superpower... one that can elevate our communication and increase productivity when we really focus on the nonverbal behind the verbal.

    Meet the Presenter

Kristin is a certified body language specialist and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. She has over 25+ years of non-profit experience in the caregiving field and has worked in a variety of positions including a Live-in Manager at a group home, Management Supervisor, and  Human Resources Specialist. For 17 years she was an Employee Trainer and it is in this position where she became aware of the true power of body language.

    Event Description

Calling all talent development practitioners! ATD recently rolled out an updated capability model that illustrates what talent development practitioners need to KNOW and DO to develop themselves, others and their organizations.

Hear from ATD's Associate Director of Credentialing, Holly Batts, about how this game-changing model helps prepare TD professionals for the trends we can’t yet see and the future we cannot predict. Explore the new interactive Capability Model, which can help you harness change for your organization.

    • Understand the components of the new model - Discover the knowledge and skills that will empower the growth and development of talent development professionals.
    • Apply the interactive tools to identify areas of growth for yourself or your whole team - Assess skill strengths and gaps for development resources to build a plan to close gaps
    • Compare skill strengths and gaps of the Northeast Wisconsin area TD professionals to those around the world
